Terms of Service

⟣ ENGAGEMENT ⟢

• Please give clear and complete requirements, as well as necessary visual references. All assets are to be provided before work begins.

• You are only purchasing the Digital Illustration File. No physical print will be sent to you.

• Communication will be done through Instagram DMs, BlueSky DMs, Discord, or Email. Discord is preferred as sometimes messages are filtered on Social Media.

• Commissions may take around 3-7 weeks to complete. This may vary based on workload and priorities.

• Please let me know if you need it by a certain date so I can see if it’s feasible. Depending on the date, I may have to add Rush Fees.

• You may request a maximum of two revisions during the sketch, and two for the flat colour phase.

  • Additional changes will cost extra, and excessive revisions may also yield additional charges.

• Above all else, please keep in communication with me. I am generally open to discuss anything related to the commission.

⟣ USE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS ⟢

• The prices listed do not include commercial rights (ie. merch, stickers, prints, distributing digital wallpapers). Commercial rights yield an additional fee (typically +100% or higher).

• However, you are free to use them on websites and social media, as long as proper credit is given.

• I still maintain full rights to the work. This includes posting it on my social media and website, using it in my portfolio, etc.

  • If privacy is a concern, please bring it up with me and we can work something out. Total privacy (ie. never posting on my portfolio or social media) may yield additional Privacy Fees.

• You may not edit, modify, trace, or change the artwork without my explicit permission. Cropping and resizing is okay!

• Using commissions for any generative learning technology such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), any block-chain technology such as Non-Fungible Token (NFT) and cryptocurrency, or any related inventions in the future is STRICTLY PROHIBITED under any circumstances.

⟣ PAYMENTS ⟢

• Payments are to be paid upfront and in full before work can start.

  • Down payments may be requested for overs over $500, with a minimum of 50% of payment to be placed before work starts.

• Prices are in USD and payments will only be processed through PayPal or VGen.

• Invoices, proposals, or payment link will be sent to you when I am ready to begin work.

• Once work has begun on your commission, payment is non-refundable.

• You may cancel and receive a full refund if I have not started.

• If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I have the right to cancel the commission and I will refund you the full price.

• Any cases of cancellations and refunds with be discussed and agreed upon between you and I. Clients are prohibited to issue chargebacks.

*I only accept lewd and suggestive commission if you are 18+. Any discovery of you being under 18 while commissioning me suggestive art will result in the termination of the commission and a blacklist.

I am willing to do extremely detailed weapons and armor as such, but I will charge a high compensation fee.

Personal vs Commercial Use

No matter what, usage of work for AI tools, platforms or programs is strictly prohibited.

Personal Use

When the artwork is used solely for non-commercial purposes.

Includes using the Work for: icons, banners, phone/desktop wallpaper, personal website display, non-profit medias, social media displays with no direct monetization.
