⟣ SHOP/MERCH REFUND POLICY ⟢
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
As of now, I do not accept any refunds or returns on my items. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to me at koffeewitch.art@gmail.com so I can evaluate the situation and we can work something out.
When contacting me, please include your order number.
CANCELLATIONS
I do not accept cancellations at this time. If there are an issues, please reach out to me as soon as you can.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order is damaged during transit or you received the wrong item, feel free to contact me with photos of the package/items and we can discuss a replacement.
LOST MAIL
I will do my absolute best to get your order to you quickly and safely. However, please understand that once the package leaves my hands, it is out of my control. I am not responsible for any shipping delays or lost parcels. Please reach out to your respective carrier in regard to any shipping concerns.
⟣ COMMISSION PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY ⟢
Payments are to be paid upfront and in full before work can start.
Down payments may be requested for overs over $500, with a minimum of 50% of payment to be placed before work starts.
Prices are in USD and payments will only be processed through PayPal or VGen.
Invoices, proposals, or payment link will be sent to you when I am ready to begin work.
Once work has begun on your commission, payment is non-refundable.
You may cancel and receive a full refund if I have not started.
If I am unable to complete the commission for any reason, I have the right to cancel the commission and I will refund you the full price.
Any cases of cancellations and refunds with be discussed and agreed upon between you and I. Clients are prohibited to issue chargebacks.
