Items listed are in stock and ready to ship. However, as I work an additional job, it may take around 3-8 business days for me to process and ship out your orders. I appreciate your patience!

⟣ CUSTOMS AND FEES ⟢

As customs and import taxes vary greatly from country to country, buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am not responsible for delays due to customs and will not refund shipping/handling fees if the package is denied due to customs fees.

⟣ ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES ⟢

• Canada: 5-15 business days after dispatch date

• United States: 4-10 business days after dispatch date

Please note that estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and delivery time can be affected by factors such as peak seasons, strikes, weather, and other incidents out of our control. Any shipping concerns should be directed to your respective carrier.

If your items haven't arrived 6 weeks after the dispatch date, please let me know and I will send a replacement for your items. Shipping will be requested to resend orders.

⟣ SHIPPING INFO ⟢

Import duties, customs fees, etc are not included in the item price or shipping charge.

CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR IMPORT/CUSTOMS FEES. These fees will not be covered by KoffeeWitch and are the responsibility of the buyer. If a package is denied entry due to unpaid customs fees, I regret that I cannot refund the original shipping fees.

CANADA
All orders will be will be untracked OR minimally tracked to keep shipping as affordable as possible. Tracking upgrades can be purchased for an additional cost.


USA
Sticker-Only orders will be shipped in an envelope via postage and will be untracked. Tracking upgrades can be purchased for an additional cost. All other orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage and will automatically have tracking.


INTERNATIONAL
As of now, all international orders can be only purchased through my Etsy storefront. If you're outside of North America, please visit my Etsy Shop instead.

I cannot ship to countries Canada Post or USPS cannot ship. Please refer to their service disruptions to see if your country can be shipped too.

EU: December 13, 2024, new GPSR regulations has been implemented. Due to that, I cannot ship to the EU at this time as the cost and requirements are beyond what I can manage as a micro business. I’m hoping for future updates to these regulations that will allow me to resume delivering to the EU.

Orders within these countries will be canceled and refunded.
